Rick Derman is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist based in Germany. Since 1995 he has given over 1,200 solo, duo and band concerts across Europe. His cover program of well-known hits ranges from the 50s to the 90s. His own material consists of melodic rock songs with thoughtful lyrics. Rick's last solo album was "All Alone" released in 2020. He is currently recording a new album. Rick is also planning on moving to Kehl near the French border to collaborate with musicians in Strasbourg.

Rick began his professional career in 1988 as a songwriter, producer and studio musician for Stuart Cohn Music. He had the opportunity to record in New York's top studios with Rick Derringer and members of the Joe Cocker Band. He later recorded with band members from Meatloaf, Johnny Winter and Grace Slick. This resulted in “Fool For Love”, his debut album.
